REFUND POLICY

Alpine Cashmere wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note our terms below for information on how to return items purchased on www.alpinecashmere.com.


Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund.


DOMESTIC RETURNS
Email info@alpinecashmere.com to obtain a return authorization number and return label. A 5% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Email info@alpinecashmere.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please note, we cannot supply prepaid return labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping for all returns coming from outside the United States. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or damaged merchandise. Please note that many of our products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations are a natural result of this process and add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece.
